That was a great article. As Christians we all need to understand we are saved by grace and not works. Once saved it is also important to understand the ongoing process of sanctification.

We are first: Justification
Then we work on ourselves: Sanctification
When we go home it's: Glorification

Justification: Just as I never sinned
Sanctification: He that began a good work in me will complete it
Glorification: Now in heaven and delivered out of the flesh and blood body

There is now NO condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. So as we continue to "workout our salvation" we aren't condemned. BUT we do continue to work it out.

Hi Lahry,

>>>Where oh where is obedience for the born again saint, according to your twisting of truth?

Where did you feel like I twisted the truth?

>>>How can a person be "Pure in heart" and yet continue on in sin?

I don't believe that a person can be pure in heart and continue on in sin.

>>>How can the sin nature be eradicated if you are still in sin, transgressing God’s law and calling for more grace.

I am not still in sin nor am I willfully or knowingly transgressing any of God's laws.

Christian love and prayers,

Bob.

Tragic. Truth that excludes truth is an untruth. It's the same deception the devil used in the Garden of Eden. It still works today, and you are using it in fine fashion. Where oh where is obedience for the born again saint, according to your twisting of truth? How can a person be "Pure in heart" and yet continue on in sin? How can the sin nature be eradicated if you are still in sin, transgressing God's law and calling for more grace. Do we continue in sin so that grace continue to abound? God forbid!
Act 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
